To some people Roman Catholicism is just another Christian Church. Sure there are some differences after all they focus more on Mary and they pray to the Saints. They follow the teachings of the Pope while other professing Christians do not. A Roman Catholic Bible even has more books that our Bible doesn't! Is the Roman Catholic Church the only true church like they claim? How can we know for sure and where should we turn to see what the Lord actually said? Lets compare Roman Catholicism to what the Bible says!
Catholics are instructed to call the priest “Father”
The bible says in Matthew 23:9 - And call no man your father upon the earth: for one is your Father, which is in heaven.
Priest claim to have the power to forgive sin
Mark 2:7 - Why doth this man thus speak blasphemies? Who can forgive sins but God only?
Catholics bow and pray in front of statues
Exodus 20:4-5

The Catholic Church teaches, you are saved by faith and works

Catholics refer to Mary as the Queen of Heaven
